After purchasing, you'll be directed to a submission form where you enter your question or questions. Be as specific as possible without making the question so narrow it can only produce a one-sentence answer. Good email questions have context ('I ended a three-year relationship two months ago and am wondering whether my ex is thinking about reconnecting') and a specific focus ('What does your reading show about his current feelings and the likelihood of contact before summer?').

Submit your question. You'll receive an email confirmation with the advisor's stated response timeframe. Most advisors reply within 24–48 hours; some respond within a few hours for an additional expedite fee. Your response will appear in your Kasamba message inbox and be sent to your registered email.

When you receive the response, read it in full before deciding whether to follow up. Kasamba allows a certain number of follow-up questions within the same reading purchase (varies by advisor—check the package description). If the response leaves key questions unanswered, use a follow-up question rather than purchasing a new reading.

If an advisor's email reading response feels superficial or template-like (generic advice that could apply to any relationship situation), contact Kasamba customer support within 14 days. This is grounds for a satisfaction complaint and potential credits, as email readings represent a purchased product with an implied quality standard.
